	Tue May 1, 2007 Asia Now retains The Howard Group for investor relations
	Toronto, Ontario, May 1, 2007: Asia Now Resources Corp. (TSX.V: NOW) is pleased to announce that it has engaged The Howard Group Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, to provide investor and financial relations services to the Company. Since 1988, The Howard Group Inc. has provided comprehensive investor and financial relations, business development solutions, in-depth strategic planning and financing services to public companies. The Howard Group Inc. is associated with the Insight Limited Partnership, which invests in micro and small cap companies. The term of the agreement is for 12 months. The Howard Group Inc. will be compensated with a monthly retainer of $6,000 and 300,000 stock options. The options have an exercise price of $0.33 with a 3-year term expiring April 30, 2010. The Howard Group may earn an additional 200,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.50 should the initial agreement be extended beyond the initial 12 month term, subject to shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
