	Mon Nov 26, 2007 Asia Now revises private placement
	Asia Now Resources Corp. (TSXV: NOW) has revised the amount of its previously announced private placement to a maximum of 1,000,000 common shares at $0.55 per share for maximum gross proceeds of $550,000. The placement, which is subject to regulatory approval, will be subject to a finder's fee in cash equal to 8% of gross proceeds plus warrants equal to 10% of the number of common shares issued in the placement. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.55 for 12 months from closing.
